Each of our products has special care details, though we highly recommend hand washing all of our faux fur items and then letting them air dry — you can learn more specific details by checking out our FAQs under the Product Care section.
Orders can ship as soon as the same or next business day, but they typically take 3-7 business days to process, regardless of the shipping method selected at check out.
Our products are all handmade with some being made to order and will sometimes require a special lead time.
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for virtually all shipments.
