It generally takes us about 3 to 7 business days to process your order. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a shipment notification once your order is being prepared for shipment. If you need your order quickly, select Priority Shipping at checkout for 2-Day delivery. All orders have the same processing time regardless of the shipping method selected. Please note that pierced ears may (sometimes) take an extra day or two before being shipped.

If you received the wrong item(s), please email us at support@kritterklips.com so we can rectify the situation. We want you to be satisfied!

If it has been less than 24 hours since you placed your order, you can change/edit your order through your account or through the link at the bottom of your order confirmation email. Requests made over 24 hours after the order has been placed may not be possible, but we’ll do our best to help! If you need to make changes to an existing order and it has been over 24 hours since you placed it, please send us an email as soon as possible at support@kritterklips.com

*Many of our ears can sell out really, really quick! We are not able to guarantee the availability of any items listed on the website that have not been purchased when it comes to swapping ears you’ve already ordered for a different style.

You can cancel your order for up to 24 hours, as long as it has not already been shipped, through your account or at the bottom of your order confirmation email. If it has been over 24 hours since you've placed your order and you have not received a shipping confirmation, you can send us an email to support@kritterklips.com to see if your order is eligible for cancellation. We often ship out the next day, so please keep this in mind!

We ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated based on location and the weight of the package. Shipping is provided by USPS and we are not able to offer any discounts for shipping or negotiate rates, unfortunately. It is the responsibility of the package recipient to cover any duties and/or tariffs associated with importing goods from the United States. Customs fees vary by country and you can contact your local customs facility for more information.

We are not able to accept custom orders at this time, but we hope you’ll find a pair that you love in our current collection! If you follow us on social media (@kritterklips) & subscribe to our newsletter, at the bottom of our home page; you’ll be the first to know when new releases drop.

Each pair of ears are handmade - cut, designed and sewn by a close group of friends and family in California. We call them our Magical Ear Elves!

We use all faux (not real) fur and vegan leathers. The inside material can vary between lycra, spandex, silk, micro-suede, flannel, velvet, and more.

No, our ears are only available in pairs. But, since you found your way to our handy dandy FAQ page, we’ll let you in on a little secret… if you find us a festival and ask where the “Road Kill” is, you just may find what you’re looking for.

Yes, we have sales, stay updated by signing up for emails and checking our socials! We also have a sale section on our website, and we have Less Than Purrfect pairs and Mystery boxes available to purchase, which are a great option if you are on a budget! Our KritterKlips are handmade with love, one by one. Each ear is cut, handsewn, and clipped. We are a small business made up of a handful of people, so the cost of the ears helps to cover things like labor, materials, packaging, our office space, and more. There is a lot more that goes into a small business than just the product, and we appreciate every single one of you Kritters for supporting us.

Some kritters prefer to choose the ear that best matches their hair color or outfit choice, while others opt for an ear that matches their personality or current mood. For a more natural look, choose a pair that compliment and blend well your hair color. To stand out and sparkle, try a multi-colored or glittery pair. For extra flair, pierced ears are a game-changer. Can’t decide on one pair? We’ve been known to wear a few pairs, or four, at one time - it’s totally normal.

We do not have a physical location, but you can find KritterKlips at many music festivals and street fairs throughout California and across the United States. During festival season, you can check out our Instagram highlights to see where we will be!

The KritterKlips office and warehouse are located in Temecula, CA. Everything is produced and sourced from right here, in California!
