During sitewide sales, all discount codes (besides those in the form of a gift code, such as those received by writing a product review) will be rendered inactive during the entire duration of the sale due to the already heavily discounted prices.
Please note discount codes may be made inactive up to 8 hours prior to and in preparation of a sale, while there also may be a slight delay in reactivating discount codes following the end of a sale as our team updates the site.
Also, some discount codes can only be used once with our system being set up to track the number of times a code has been applied to an order and in association with a user's account.

It generally takes us about 3 to 7 business days to process your order. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a shipment notification once your order is being prepared for shipment. If you need your order quickly, select Priority Shipping at checkout for 2-Day delivery. All orders have the same processing time regardless of the shipping method selected. Please note that pierced ears may (sometimes) take an extra day or two before being shipped.

Unfortunately, once a package leaves us, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
A missing package claim must be filed with the carrier itself, which is typically the United States Postal Service (USPS) — you can begin this process by clicking here.

We ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated based on location and the weight of the package. Shipping is provided by USPS and we are not able to offer any discounts for shipping or negotiate rates, unfortunately. It is the responsibility of the package recipient to cover any duties and/or tariffs associated with importing goods from the United States. Each pair of ears are handmade — designed by our creatives, cut by our production team, then hand-sewn by our sewing team in California.
We use all faux (not real) fur and vegan leathers. The inside material can vary between lycra, spandex, silk, micro-suede, flannel, velvet, and more.

Our KritterKlips are handmade with love, one by one. Each ear is cut, hand-sewn, and clipped. We are a small business made up of a handful of people, so the cost of the ears helps to cover things like labor, materials, packaging, office space, and more.
There is a lot more that goes into a small business than just the product, and we appreciate every single one of you Kritters for supporting us.

Here's what you will want to do if you would like to wash your KritterKlips in three easy steps!
Step One: Hand-wash your ears in the sink with lukewarm water — you can also add some hand soap if you wish
Step Two: Shake water out when you're done giving them a bath and then leave them out to air dry
NOTE: Blow drying with heat or straightening them with a flat iron will cause the synthetic fur to melt! And if you should choose to let them dry under direct sunlight, please note that colors may fade as well
Step Three: Once they are dry, gently use a hair brush to brush out ears! After that, they should be good as new for you :)

Dry clean only is recommended for all jackets. However, either of these faux fur products can be hand washed in cool water and then left air dry, avoiding direct sunlight — this will allow them to best maintain their color and overall quality for a long time!
However, should you prefer machine washing/drying for convenience, make sure your fan holster, bucket hat, and/or jacket are in a mesh bag for added protection with both the washer and dryer set on the gentle cycle. Please note, color bleeding or seam damage is more likely when machine washed.
