RETURN POLICY
You have 30 days from when your order is delivered to submit a return or exchange request through the Returns Center Portal
Return shipping is free — we will send you a return label after approving your request.* Item(s) must be returned new, unused, and in the original package/box. But you can keep any freebies as far as stickers and the little goodies we might have thrown in for fun.
Please Note: All returns must be received by us within 30 days after the request has been accepted and the return label submitted to you, the customer. Once 30 days have passed, requests are subject to being rejected without warning — you may appeal this rejection by contacting our customer support team should there be a legitimate reason for the delay.
Also, ONE FREE exchange circuit is allowed per request — meaning, unless the item(s) received in exchange for what was returned are defective in any way, the buyer must pay for return shipping if they should want to initiate a second exchange and/or return, and we must receive the item(s) within 14 days from the accepted date.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items:
- Gift Cards
- Subscription/Mystery Boxes
- Used or Damaged Items**
- Less Than Purrrfects
- Sale Items (anything listed as Final Sale or marked Sale)
- Items purchased at a festival, street fair, or anywhere other than our official website
Discounted Items:
Applies to all orders placed using a coupon code for a discount higher than 15%, but does not apply to orders placed using ambassador codes, or any other coupon code with 15% or less discount value — store credit will be issued for returns with items that held a discounted price greater than 15% in value.
Refund Options Available:
- Refund to the original payment method (Refund = Cost of Item(s) Only)
- Refund to store credit (Gift Card = Total Order Cost)
Exchanges:
- Let us know the item(s) you'd like to receive in exchange within the notes section when submitting your request
- Your preferred exchange item(s) will be reserved* for you (if currently available) until we've received your return
- If your return is approved, we will ship your exchange order out within 2-5 business days and you will receive an order confirmation email
Haven't made up your mind yet when it comes to your exchange? If you decide before we've received your return (before you get the confirmation email), just send us an email and let us know what you want. If we don't hear from you by the time we have received your return, we will issue you store credit for the total order cost.
*Reserved item(s) will only be held for up to 2 weeks after your return request has been approved so be sure to return your items promptly once you've received your return shipping label.
**If you received a damaged or defective item, please email support@kritterklips.com with your order number and a photo of the damage or defect.

How do I return my item?

How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email informing you of the approval or rejection of your return... If approved, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days and you will receive an email confirmation with the details. Funds refunded to the original payment method should be returned to the account within 1-3 business days, depending on your bank. Refunds in the form of store credit are available for use immediately upon receipt and do not expire.
International Orders.
Please note that KritterKlips is not liable for customs clearances fees that are required by your country, and we are not responsible for the delay in delivery caused by customs.
All prices online do not include any of these customs clearance fees. Please be aware of your country’s customs charges prior to placing an order.
If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a $25 return fee deducted from you store credit to cover return shipping due to your refusal. This is non-negotiable.
International customers must cover the cost of international return postage, as well as any additional duties or taxes assessed by customs.
